At Jerries, we strive to provide a simple, secure and transparent payment experience for every customer.
Please read our payment policy before placing your order.
1. Accepted Payment Methods 可接受的付款方式
At the moment, Jerries accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Card
- Online Banking / FPX
- DuitNow
- Bank Transfer, where available
Payment methods available at checkout may vary depending on the customer’s location and payment gateway availability.
目前 Jerries 接受以下付款方式：

结账时所显示的付款方式可能会根据顾客所在地区及支付系统的可用性而有所不同。
2. Secure Payment Processing 安全付款处理
All online payments made through our website are securely processed through Fiuu Payment Gateway.
Jerries does not directly store or have access to your full credit or debit card details.
所有通过 Jerries 官网进行的线上付款，均由 Fiuu Payment Gateway 安全处理。
Jerries 不会直接储存或取得您的完整信用卡或扣账卡资料。
3. Payment Confirmation 付款确认
An order will only be confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed and verified by our payment gateway or payment provider.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
订单只有在付款成功并经支付系统或付款服务商确认后，才会正式成立。
付款成功后，您将通过电子邮件收到订单确认通知。
Please ensure that your email address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout.
请确保您在结账时填写正确的电子邮件地址及联系方式。
4. Failed or Declined Payments 付款失败或被拒绝
If your payment is unsuccessful, declined, or interrupted during checkout, your order may not be confirmed.
Please check your payment details and try again using the available payment methods.
如果您的付款失败、被拒绝或在结账过程中中断，您的订单可能无法成功确认。
请检查您的付款资料，并使用结账页面提供的其他付款方式重新尝试。
If the amount has been deducted from your account but your order was not confirmed, please contact us with your order details and payment information so that we can assist you.
如果款项已经从您的账户中扣除，但订单没有成功确认，请联系我们，并提供订单及付款相关资料，以便我们协助您处理。
5. Payment Instructions 付款说明
Please ensure that the payment amount entered is accurate before completing your transaction.
Once payment has been made, kindly upload your payment proof (if required) or follow the payment instructions shown at checkout.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully verified.
请于付款前确认汇款金额正确无误。
完成付款后，请依照结账页面指示上传付款凭证（如适用）。
订单将在付款成功并确认后开始处理。
6. Incorrect Payment Amount 汇款金额错误
Please ensure the correct payment amount is transferred before completing your payment.
- Overpayment
Any excess payment will be refunded as Store Credit to your Jerries account.
- Underpayment
Orders will remain pending until the remaining balance has been paid.
请于付款前确认汇款金额正确。
付款金额高于订单金额
多汇的金额将退回至您的 Store Credit（购物金）。
付款金额低于订单金额
订单将在补齐余额后才会安排处理。
7. Payment Verification 付款审核
Payment verification is performed during business hours.
Verification may take up to 1 business day depending on payment timing.
Orders will only proceed to processing after payment has been successfully verified.
付款审核将于工作时间内进行。
审核时间约需 1 个工作天（视付款时间而定）。
付款确认后，订单才会进入处理流程。
8. Payment Deadline 付款期限
To ensure fair inventory allocation for all customers, payment must be completed within 24 hours after placing an order.
Orders that remain unpaid after 24 hours may be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
Items from cancelled orders will be released back to inventory and made available for purchase by other customers.
为确保库存能够公平分配给所有顾客，请于下单后 24 小时内完成付款。
若订单于 24 小时内仍未完成付款，Jerries 保留自动取消订单的权利，恕不另行通知。
被取消订单中的商品将重新开放库存，供其他顾客购买。
9. Order Cancellation 订单取消
Orders that have been paid cannot be cancelled once payment has been verified and order processing has begun.
If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
订单付款完成后，一旦付款确认并进入处理程序，将无法取消。
如需协助，请尽快联系客服。
10. Currency 货币
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
官网所有商品价格均以 马来西亚令吉（RM） 为准。
11. Payment Security 付款安全
For your security, Jerries will never ask customers to disclose banking passwords, TAC codes or other sensitive banking information.
If you receive any suspicious requests, please contact us immediately.
为了保障您的付款安全，Jerries 不会要求顾客提供银行密码、TAC 验证码或其他敏感银行资料。
